Steel Warrior Films is the inventive forge of a close-knit group of creatives unified by a background in theatrical sword fighting and a shared passion for storytelling. Founded by Anna Graves, a dynamic force with a penchant for writing, directing, and editing, the team has carved out a niche in cinematic storytelling with a flair for medieval and fantasy narratives.
Their journey began on the stage, where live performances sharpened their skills in swordplay and drama. This synergy of talents evolved into filmmaking when Anna directed "The Price of Honor" in March of 2020, sparking a series of high-quality productions.
Steel Warrior Films isn’t just about showcasing sword fighting—though it’s a significant part of their identity—it's about the communion of like-minded artists devoted to bringing epic tales to life. They're a band of storytellers, designers, and visionaries, all dedicated to the craft of creating engaging films that echo their love for the Kingdom, sword fighting, and the art of cinematic storytelling.

Jacob, frequently featured in our projects, excels both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Collaborating extensively with Anna, he oversees fight choreography, guaranteeing that their action sequences are executed safely and effectively.

Dawson Bodenhamer
Dawson is a story-driven craftsman in the realm of acting and filmmaking, bringing 17 years of experience in theatrical sword-fighting to his work, along with 13 years of dialect training and 10 years of filmmaking experience. The short films he wrote and directed in 2018 were instrumental in bringing together the creative individuals who would soon after form the core team of Steel Warrior Films. He is now dedicated to honing his acting and sword-fighting skills while assisting in the strategic development and execution of their projects.

Anna leads Steel Warrior Films, engaging in writing, producing, directing, and editing. With a passion for the all aspects of the art, she is currently majoring in filmmaking at Full Sail University. She also occasionally performs in front of the camera and brings expertise in sword fighting to their dynamic projects.
